That means the flags `["sqlx-json", "sqlx-chrono", "sqlx-decimal", "sqlx-uuid", "sqlx-time"]` are not needed and now removed. Instead, `with-time` will enable `sqlx?/time` only if `sqlx` is already enabled. Also, now the flags `with-json`, `with-chrono`, `with-rust_decimal`, `with-uuid`, `with-time` has to be specified manually.
